Terms of Service

By installing, opening, or using WTFuse you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

WTFuse is a daily element-fusion puzzle. You combine elements on a canvas to reach the day's target. Some daily challenges are easy, some are difficult, and the game does not guarantee that any player can solve any given day.

You may play as a guest or sign in with Google or Apple. Signing in lets your name appear on the leaderboard and keeps your daily progress synced across devices. You are responsible for activity on your account.

WTFuse Pro is an auto-renewing subscription billed through your Apple ID. Pricing and renewal terms are shown in-app at the point of purchase. You can cancel anytime via Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions on iOS. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; no refunds for partial periods.

Pro currently unlocks: unlimited sandbox crafting, ad-free play, always-on hints, instant solution reveal on fail, and a Pro badge on the leaderboard. Features may change over time.

Combinations you discover may be stored in our shared cache (the "same A + B = same C" index) so other players get instant results for the same pair. Your name and avatar (from your Google / Apple account) may be visible to other players on the leaderboard.

You agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, tamper with, or automate gameplay via bots or scripts.
• Submit content that infringes anyone's rights or contains illegal material.
• Use the app in any way that disrupts the service for others.

We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

The WTFuse name, logo, and game design are owned by us. You may not copy or redistribute them without permission.

WTFuse is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that the game will be available without interruption, that it will be error-free, or that leaderboard ranks reflect any objective measure of skill. Daily challenges are AI-assisted and may sometimes produce unexpected combinations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior twelve months.

We may revise these Terms. Material changes will be flagged in-app. Continued use after a change means you accept the new Terms.
